we think you’re going to feel pretty good about your purchase, but if you don’t, we won’t hold it against you. 

it’s your prerogative – Goodself supports your decisions and will graciously accept returns for change of mind. only (of course) if the product has not been opened. 

if it breaks, we’ll fix it – Goodself is happy to replace or refund any products that are damaged in transit or on arrival. 

we play fair – send back any full-priced item within 7-days of receipt and we (pinkie) promise to honour your exchange or refund. 

non-negotiables – we’ve all got them. At Goodself, we’re saying “no” to: 

• “bad” skin; and 
• returns on sale*, gift vouchers or custom orders.

returning your goods? Here’s what to do. 

• send us an email at hello@goodself.co with your order number and stating the item/s you’d like to return.
• we’ll send you an email back with your return authorisation number and return address for shipping. 
• once we receive your returned products, we’ll send you an email informing you of your entitlements. 
• if you are entitled to refund, because you’ve complied to our terms and conditions (like the good thing you are), it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Your refund will be paid back to the original payment method.

shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will be refunded if the product is faulty, an incorrect item is received or is delivered as a result of our error.
